Hola esa va dedicada a todos los HISPANOS/LATINOS ya que NO podemos usar la letra Ñ ñ en los titulos.
Ya es hora que deviantart.com la reconosca y no solo esta letra sino todas las letras que son caracteres especiales ya que en muchos otros paises imagino tienen el mismo dilema.

It is time that deviantart.com take knowledge of the need of this letter and not only this one but all the special characters since in other countries I imagine they have the same dilema when trying to use them.
